MailHoor

Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and MailHoor ("MailHoor", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using MailHoor you agree to them. If you use MailHoor for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

1. The service

MailHoor is an online platform for sending email campaigns, automations and transactional email, managing contact lists, and, where enabled, sending WhatsApp messages and using AI writing help. Features and limits for each plan are shown on our pricing page.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password and API keys safe, and tell us at support@mailhoor.com if you think your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Permission-based sending only

MailHoor may only be used to send messages that recipients asked for. You agree that you will:

  • send only to people who gave you permission to contact them, and keep a record of that permission;
  • not use bought, rented, scraped or shared lists;
  • include a working unsubscribe option and honour opt-outs promptly (MailHoor adds this for campaigns);
  • use your real identity and a sender domain you control, and not hide or fake who a message is from;
  • follow the laws that apply to your messages, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and local anti-spam law.

We watch bounce and complaint rates. If they are too high, or a message looks like spam, phishing or malware, we may pause sending while we look into it.

4. Things you may not do

You may not use MailHoor to:

  • send or promote anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, or sexually explicit;
  • send phishing, malware, or messages that infringe someone else's rights, including trademarks and copyright;
  • try to break, overload, probe or get around the security or limits of MailHoor;
  • resell or share access to MailHoor without our written agreement.

If you use the AI features, you remain responsible for checking what they produce before you send it. You may not use them to create spam, deceptive content, impersonation of real people or organisations, or anything else this section prohibits.

5. Your content and data

You own your contact lists, templates and messages. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

6. Our intellectual property

MailHoor's software, design, name and logo belong to MailHoor. These terms do not give you any rights to them except to use the service.

7. Plans, payments and renewals

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. MailHoor never sees or stores your full card number.

Paid plans are paid monthly in advance, in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Each payment covers one month and there are no automatic charges: we email you before your month ends so you can pay for the next one, and if you do not, sending stops when the paid month is over. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a fee.

There is nothing to cancel: if you stop paying, your plan ends when the paid month is over. Paying early for the same plan adds a full month. Paying for a different plan switches to it straight away for a new month.

New accounts may start with a free trial. When the trial ends, sending stops until you choose a paid plan.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at mailhoor.com/refund/.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, with notice where reasonable, if you break these terms, if payment fails, if we see fraud, or if your sending puts other customers' delivery at risk. You can close your account at any time by writing to support@mailhoor.com. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

We work to keep MailHoor available and reliable and publish its status at mailhoor.com/status/. The service is provided "as is": we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will reach the inbox, because delivery also depends on receiving mail providers.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in your account at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use MailHoor after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Contact

MailHoor is based in Egypt. Questions about these terms: support@mailhoor.com.
